Welcome to YES MOVE, our unique dance fitness class designed for everyone, regardless of dance experience. Led by dancers, YES MOVE focuses on the joy of movement, combining 30-40 minutes of dance with a splash of strength training in a fun, judgment-free zone. Each session is an hour-long journey through a warm-up, follow-the-leader style dance, and strength exercises, and ends with a cool down and meditation. Our instructors bring their own flair, ensuring no two classes are the same.
Don't worry if you're not a dancer; YES MOVE is all about moving your body and having fun in a supportive community. Just bring a yoga mat (we have extras), sneakers, and water. Join us to experience the power of dance and celebrate fitness in a whole new way!
