Introducing YES STRENGTH and YES STRENGTH Express, our premier strength training programs designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you have a full hour to dedicate or just 45 minutes during a lunch break, our classes are tailored to meet you where you're at. 

Choose from four dynamic formats: Barre, Pilates, Core & More, and Boot(y) Camp, each offering a unique approach to building strength and enhancing your fitness. From warm-up to cool down, including meditation to center your mind, each session promises a comprehensive workout.

Utilizing low-weight, high-repetition exercises, light hand weights, booty bands, and body weight, our classes are accessible for beginners yet challenging for all. With modifications available, everyone is encouraged to join and discover their strongest self in an encouraging environment!
