Introducing YES YOGA at Yes Honey

YES YOGA classes include simple, flowing sequences to gradually warm up your body, prepping you for the day ahead or helping you wind down after a long day. Our classes also feature slower-paced movements, meticulously designed to focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class is a unique journey of personal growth and self-exploration, capped off with an extended period of deep relaxation to consolidate the tranquility and awareness achieved during the session.

This class welcomes everyone, regardless of age, shape, or size. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced, YES YOGA has something to offer. There's no prerequisite for prior experience or a certain level of flexibility; we simply ask that you come with an open mind, ready to embrace the practice and its numerous benefits.

For the sessions, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Don't worry about additional equipment; we have an ample supply of yoga blocks and straps for you to use during the classes.
