YES MOVE

YES MOVE is unique dance fitness classes designed for everyone, regardless of dance experience. Led by dancers, YES MOVE focuses on the joy of movement, combining 30-40 minutes of dance with a splash of strength training in a fun, judgment-free zone. Each one-hour class includes a warm-up, follow-the-leader style dance, strength exercises, and ends with a cool down and meditation. Our instructors bring their own flair, so no two classes are ever the same.

Don't worry if you're not a dancer; YES MOVE is all about moving your body and having fun in a supportive community. Just bring a yoga mat (we have extras), sneakers, and water. Join us to experience the power of dance and celebrate fitness in a whole new way!

YES CHOREO

Step into YES CHOREO, where every class is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of dance. Beginning with a brief 5-10 minute warm-up and stretch, YES CHOREO sets the stage for a session focused on learning and performing a choreographed piece. Throughout the class, you'll be guided through the steps, with the finale being a group performance or a filmed run to showcase your new moves. 

Whether you're lacing up sneakers or strapping on heels, this class is crafted for dancers of all levels seeking to explore their creativity in a welcoming environment. YES CHOREO is more than just a dance class—it's a celebration of movement, a chance to connect with fellow dance enthusiasts, and an invitation to discover the joy of dance in a vibrant, supportive community.

YES YOGA

YES YOGA classes include simple, flowing sequences to gradually warm up your body, prepping you for the day ahead or helping you wind down after a long day. This class welcomes everyone, regardless of age, shape, or size. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced, YES YOGA has something to offer. There's no prerequisite for prior experience or a certain level of flexibility.

For the sessions, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Don't worry about additional equipment because we have an ample supply of yoga blocks and straps for you to use during the classes.

YES STRENGTH

YES STRENGTH is offered in three dynamic formats: Barre, Pilates, and Boot(y) Camp. Each styles offer a unique approach to building strength and enhancing your fitness. Barre seamlessly combines strength training and basic dance positioning. Pilates focuses on micro movements to fatigue a muscle group out. Boot(y) Camp is a circuit style HIIT class. From warm-up to cool down, including meditation to center your mind, each session promises a comprehensive workout. Our premier strength training programs designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you have a full hour or just 45-minutes to dedicate, our classes are tailored to meet you where you're at. 

Utilizing low-weight, high-repetition exercises, light hand weights, booty bands, and body weight, our classes are accessible for beginners yet challenging for all. With modifications available, everyone is encouraged to join and discover their strongest self in an encouraging environment!
