Learn how to strut, move, and dance with grace, confidence, feminity & technique.
Unleash and grow into your power with every step in a welcoming, open and safe environemnt w/ Anneka! With a decade of dancing and teaching experience, Anneka brings together the most amazing people. This class will be a FUN time guaranteed!
You’ll learn & practice:
- Balance, control, muscular engagement & safe moving while dancing in heels.
- Supporting and adjusting posture while moving & dancing in heels.
- Showing off & embracing our femininity, lines and curves.
You will leave feeling empowered in your boss, sexy self!
All genders welcome, anyone in a heel!
No experience necessary, beginner-intermediate recommended.
Bring:
Clothes that you are comfortable in.
Tennis shoes/trainers for warm up.
Chunky heel and/or Stiletto heel. Preferably both!
What heels are best?
Heels should be 1.5in-4in high..
(4+ inches increase difficulty & increased injury risks)
Ankle support is advised, No wedges, No sandal styles
If you're new to this or have new shoes it's best to have a backup plan!
Experimenting and practicing in different shoes will make you even more skilled.
