Class size has been reduced to ensure proper social distancing. As of January1st, classes are limited to 18 members. Please pre-register. Any cancellations w/in the 8 hour cancellation window will loose a class or be subject to $10 fee if a monthly member. Please email to avoid charge if sick, and quarantine appropriately.

Starting January 1st 2020, we will require masks during class while the Omicron variant surges.

Proof of vaccination required to take class. Show front desk desk staff once and your account will be updated.

We do not share equipment within and class, and we ask that all clients wipe down their equipment with the disinfectant wipes provided.

Studio deep cleaned throughout the week and hand sanitizer provided at check-in. Hand washing before class is encouraged.
